We use Xero software for our clients' bookkeeping. Xero is easy to use cloud-based accounting software which is updated daily through automatic bank feeds. Having up-to-date information is a powerful tool in analysing financial performance and income tax liabilities, which enhances our tax planning and financial planning services.

Several clients have changed to Xero from traditional products like MYOB and the feedback has been fantastic.

Xero can be accessed from anywhere on any device, including mobile phones. For example, you might fill up your car with petrol and forget to pay with your business credit card. You can immediately photograph the receipt with your phone and upload it to Xero, ensuring you do not miss out on claiming the GST refund and the income tax deduction.

Xero makes it easier for us to collaborate with our clients as it is cloud-based so we can both look at the same data in real-time. It makes answering a question or walking the client through an accounting process such as payroll a breeze.
